Rental Agreements + Cancellation Policy

We require all guests to agree to and follow our Rental Agreements when reserving and staying at Tiny Haven. This is also where you can find our cancellation policy.

We only give our address to registered guests and we do not allow non-registered guests on the property.

Check in/Check out

Check in: 3pm; Check out: 11am. Times are firm to allow for time to clean thoroughly between guests.

Peaceful Enjoyment

No parties, no smoking, no illicit drugs. Quiet hours between 10pm - 7am.

Dogs

No pets allowed in: Ginger the Tiny House, Sage the Glamping Tent, Fern the Glamping Tent, or Luna the Dome.

Dogs allowed in: Egret the Tiny House, Gypsy the Airstream, and Daisy the Airstream, are all dog-friendly for an additional $75 pet fee. Please select the “pet” option under guests when booking and this fee will be included. You may bring up to two dogs for one pet fee. Dogs must be on a leash or lead when outside. Please clean up after you pet. No cats or other animals.

Number of Guests

Each space is designed for a certain number of guests. Please book for your specified number of guests, including children. Below is how many guests each space can sleep:

Egret the Tiny Farm House: 2 guests

Gypsy the Retro Airstream: 2 guests

Sage the Glamping Tent: 2 guests

Fern the Glamping Tent: 2 guests

Ginger the Tiny Zen House: 3 guests

Luna the Geodesic Dome: 4 guests

Daisy the Boho Airstream: 4 guests
