We have been designing rental properties since 2013. We believe that our success in our rental and real estate business has stemmed in large part from our uniquely curated spaces that invite people to enjoy an inspired experience.

Our interior design service includes:
Working with you to create a budget for furnishings your rental space
Selection of furniture and decor that is both aesthetically pleasing and holds up well to guest and rental use
Modern bohemian design that can be tailored to your desired color palette. Design can lean more modern, traditional, or funky depending on your tastes
Pricing:
Initial Design Meeting Fee: $100 if within 45 min of Harpers Ferry WV, Kill Devil Hills NC, or Richmond VA, then $25 per hour of round trip drive time thereafter
Living Room: $750 design fee + furnishings
Dining Room: $500 design fee + furnishings
Living Dining Room Combo: $1100 design fee + furnishings
Bedroom: $500/bedroom + furnishings
Bathroom: $250/bathroom + furnishings
Outdoor spaces: TBD depending on outdoor space
Tiny Homes (homes/rvs under 400 sq ft) $1500
