The Location

Tiny Haven Harpers Ferry is located on over 10 acres of retired farmland approximately 10-15 minutes from historic Harpers Ferry WV. The tiny homes, airstreams, and glamping dome are located near enough to each other for a fun group experience, with enough space for privacy and solitude. Tiny Haven is located just a mile from the Maryland Heights hiking trail, Appalachian Trail, and C&O Canal Towpath and the Potomac River.

Things To Do

Things to do in the area include hiking, biking, horseback riding, canoeing, kayaking, white water rafting, tubing, zip lining, and climbing. Historic Harpers Ferry, WV is 15 minutes away with restaurants, shops, ghost tours, and civil war museums. Harpers Ferry Brewery, Breaux Winery, and other wineries and breweries are also located within 10-30 minutes. Tiny Haven Harpers Ferry is also within a mile from the Appalachian Trail!

At Tiny Haven Harpers Ferry….

Tiny Haven Harpers Ferry currently has two tiny houses, two airstreams, and a geodesic glamping dome. Each tiny house and airstream have a full kitchen, private bathroom, and AC. The glamping dome is off-grid with solar lighting, a generator, and private outhouse. Please note there is no shower, running water, traditional electricity, or heat for the dome. Each space has it’s own private fire pit and propane grill. Our spaces are located anywhere from 50-200 yards from each other with a large open pasture in the center. We also have contacts for organic meal preparation and catering.

**Glamping Tents are available on a seasonal basis for up to four more guests for an additional price. Let us know if you would like to add our two glamping tents and we can provide you with a quote.**

Please abide by the following rules:

  • Please follow our Rental Agreements

  • Maximum number of people is 15 for Tiny Haven Harpers Ferry. No additional guests are allowed (even if they are not staying overnight). No additional tents may be pitched.

  • Adults must be responsible for any guest under the age of 18. Please ensure all children follow the rules and instructions for each space. When you book with us, you are releasing us from liability and you are fully responsible for your children and their actions.

  • No pets are allowed for group stays.

  • Fires are only permitted in the designated fire pits. Per county law, no fires before 4pm.

  • Quiet hours between 10pm-8am.

  • No parties, fireworks, drugs, or firearms.

  • We want to maintain a good relationship with our neighbors and keep our spaces in good condition so this experience is for respectful groups who will keep the noise level down, not use illicit drugs, and take good care of our homes and property.

If the group does not abide by these rules of conduct, Tiny Haven reserves the right to cancel your reservation without a refund.

Cancellation Policy: Retreats cancelled 60 days or more in advance of your stay can receive a 50% refund minus credit card processing fees. Bookings cancelled within 60 days of your stay are nonrefundable.

We do not offer additional refunds for inclement weather, illness, COVID/pandemics, or emergencies. We recommend you and your guests purchase travel insurance if you would like to cover your reservation.
